poor lighting old bathroom
This place is near the train station. It was convenient.
I found a few things lacking. The room had poor lighting and felt quite old. the bathroom needed work, as the shower wasn't level with the floor.

a sweet escape
frescoed ceilings bottled water warm staff train station
the room featured high frescoed ceilings which i found so beautiful i especially liked the complimentary bottles of still and sparkling water that were provided daily the staff showed such kindness always ready to assist i felt very cared for the location was also wonderful near the train station.
i did notice that the temperature in the room was not cool enough even with the air conditioning set to maximum that was a very slight drawback otherwise everything was perfect.

i found the staff very friendly and quite helpful throughout my stay they spoke very good english they were always willing to assist with requests ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience the excellent service really stood out.

the breakfast was really good it was such a good way to begin each day the variety was pleasing with many options to choose from i especially loved the charming breakfast area its spacious atmosphere added such a special touch.

mixed experience, some issues with the room
broken lamp tram noise
the location near the train station was acceptable.
The room i had was not great. A bedside lamp was broken. also, the shower's temperature control malfunctioned making it difficult to find a comfortable setting. the noise from the nearby tram line was very disruptive at night, a constant annoyance.

train station large balcony breakfast selection
The hotel's proximity to the train station was very convenient. A short walk was all it took. The staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast bags for our early departure. The room had a large balcony and was well-appointed. I found it very helpful. The breakfast offered a good selection.
The paper cups provided in the room were of low quality. They leaked when used for hot coffee. I think this could easily be improved with better quality cups. It detracted from the overall experience.

Self-service laundry facilities were available nearby, a practical amenity for travelers. I appreciated this. Numerous ATMs were also easily accessible. The hotel arranged a taxi promptly when needed and this was very helpful.

The room was spacious, originally decorated and very clean, with high ceilings and windows adding to the sense of space. A comfy bed made for restful sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-kept.

Really good Stay Near the Heart of the City
clean room well maintained area helpful staff
I appreciated how clean and well maintained everything was. Free coffee and tea was available, always a plus. The provided breakfast included fruits, cereals, and also bacon with eggs. Simona at breakfast was nice and helpful to all guests.
The paper cups felt a bit cheap, especially the linking problem with hot coffee.

good breakfast comfortable room ac control leaking shower
The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. the room was very very comfy and tidy. I felt grateful.
The air conditioning could only be controlled by the reception. That was inconvenient. the shower was leaking, though i appreciated the promptness of the staff.
